My name is Joseph Doss.  I have been in the Deer Processing business for approximately 20 years.  I have been contemplating on starting my own business after working in my wife's family business (Parmer Brothers Grocery) for many years.  Finally we had the opportunity to purchase the business from a good friend.   I look forward to seeing each and every one of you this deer season and all deer seasons to come!
